We were not given keys too our room which meant we had to knock and wake the others if we wanted to get it. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and i had extreme back ache the next day. Very noisy rooms with no curtains. There was a large school group staying which was okay but couldnt really use the common room. Breakfast was good however!

Decent price. Room was quite small (4 bed private) but its located in a not bad area: not in main old town but its only 10 min stroll and its also directly on the bus route to the national stadium (great for the euros) and the central train station The bad: the bathroom was filthy (especially the toilet). It clearly hadnt been cleaned. We had to wash it ourselves before we could use it

Unfortunately we were robbed here, there is a buzzer to get in the hostel. So in a way it's good security but he should've been recognized that he wasn't even booked in at the hostel. He walked straight in and slept the night next to us. We woke up to him stealing lap tops phones passports wallets and shoes. The staff gave us a free night in a double private room which I much appreciated. Also try to get in the kitchen before other people do because it has good facilities it was popular cook

I loved the rooms. Clean, bright and pleasant. The staff were very helpful as well. They sent a carpenter immediately when we reported a problem with the closing of a window. The only down side to our stay was the part where we had to lug our heavy luggage up five floors.

The rooms were cleaner than I expected and even the shared bathroom was pretty nice. The staff was helpful and spoke excellent English. The hostel is very ideally located, within walking distance of almost everything and very close to a grocery store and bus ticket stand. The breakfast was a nice bonus, although some of the other guests were stealing all the bread to make sandwiches and the milk was warm.

Staff were really kind and helpfull. The location was fantastic. The only thing which prevented me from having a perfect stay was the noise from other guests! There is a notice at the reception asking us to be quite between 10:00pm and 6:00am but unfortuantely it is not observed properly by the staff. It would be perfect and fair to everyone if the staff could give verbal notice to the loud guests with regards to keeping silence between those hours. Thank you very much.

Great breakfast included! This was off season. Maybe high season would see some waiting for wash and shower?

i like to stay in this hostel during visits in capitol. staff is always ready to help you or answer your questions. it is located not so far from the center. you can walk and if you are not in the mood you can use bus (the stop is next to the hostel). you can get from there direct to the main train station or airport. at the evenings you can use common room. at the morning there is waiting for you breakfast. there are always some reparations, but this is just giving charm to the place :)

Decent hostel, could be a terrific place with a few easy changes: Ground floor needs carpeting and later arrival for workers - dorms are in the basement and repairmen arriving at 7am sounds like a herd of elephants. Pauline needs customer service training. Breakfast needs juice and non-chocolate cereal. Fix computer(s), there are three but only one or two works. Everything else - great.

probably there are differences between rooms but the 8 bed room in downstairs is really bad.. it's not clean, it smells bad and not comfortable at all. its still under construction so everthng is a mess.. maybe the private rooms upstairs are not like that but for an 8 bed room, u can pay 2 euros more and find a perfect hostel.
