Hostel Termini Reviews

We arrived at 1 in the morning after a flight and the front desk agent had us talking to him THROUGH the fence because he wouldn\'t let us in. After confirming that we had a reservation, he let us in only to find out we had made a mistake (wrong arrival date). He started YELLING and LECTURING us saying that it was our fault and that we wasted his time. We apologized and asked if he could recommend us to anywhere, he shut off the lights and literally pushed us out of the entrance. Gladwedidn\'tstay

It was good, especially considering that I made a mistake and ended up in a place called Termini Accommodation and was treated really bad, so when I finally got to Hostel Termini I felt in heaven. The receptionist treated us very well and the room looked nice, but the shower wasn't very clean and the first stream of water that came of out if was brown. Then it was ok (scary, though). Very close to Termini, which is very important for airport transportation and for using the underground.

On the website says that includes breakfast, but in reality does not. no cleaning.

I was giving the whorse note because of many unconfortable things: - we have to pay 2 Euros per perssson per night city tax; - we didn^t have any Breakfast - (on the website it is writed that is included). - they almost put our baggage on the street , saying that after 13:00 we have to pay for letting the bags there (we was having the plane in the eavning); - the staff are very rude, non proffesional; I WILL NOT COME WITH MY GROUPS AGAIN IN THIS HOSTEL !!!
