Attitude of staff is was very poor!!!!! No steady Wifi in the room !! Poor facility as the waterpipe in the bathroom got jam @@

Outstanding value and the rooms are hotel standard, not like a hostel, just like a hotel, we had twin ensuite room. Far better than I could have imagined. Raphael the manager is very helpful, highly recommended and would use again. Very near to the station to get the Metro but you can walk to many ruins in 30 minutes.

The location is really what you are paying for. Termini Station is a 2 minute walk from the Hostel which takes you throughout Rome via the metro. Facilities are decent. WiFi works well. Shower pressure was super weak it room 400. Nothing special, but nothing terrible either.

We were bitten by bedbugs here. No wi-fi in the rooms, you have to go down 6 floors down to the entrance and stand up next to the elevator to check mail. The reception desk closed (the door of the hotel was completely locked) after 1am and there was no one to help. The staff could have been friendlier. I don't really recommend this place.

Very pricey for what you get. We weren't satisfied with the shower - hot water was on and off. You couldn't use the dining area - it could only be used during breakfast I.e you weren't able to eat bought food from outside there. Wifi was only from 10am to 10pm. Generally we weren't impressed after staying at really nice places in other cities.

Worst staff ever - In months of travelling I have never met such arrogant, rude staff. It was unbelievable. The hostel is impossible to find as it is actually called Hotel Stargate. The room was clean but the air conditioning didn't work, the wifi only worked once and is only available 10am-10pm, the breakfast which was included wasn't given to us - by this stage I couldn't care. When we checked out we were told to leave. Expect to be greeted nicely on arrival but to have a terrible stay. Awful.

the television there was no remote and was broken. window panels were also broken they could not close and when the wind was blowing it would make an annoying sound. the bed lamps and at mirror were not working. Absolutely no water coming out of the shower and fauchet. wifi is only available from 10 am to 10 pm in lobby only.no luggage storage you get directed to a internet cafe to pay 2 euro a bag. rude to brute receptionist. and we werent allowed to use wifi for a short time after checkout.

Very good value for money, the hostel was close to the train station which was great for travelling. The room was emacculate and very safe, also the only hostel I've stayed at with air conditioning.

Super nice conditions and close to the train station!

Indian worker at hostel had abused me and called me a liar when i didn't come down in two minutes to give him back the key because the elevator was taking too long. Another thing, the elevator is horrible and it even broke down. The entrance door to the hallway kept banging all hours of the night which was very "inconvenient". Staff were very friendly and helpful except for the one Indian guy they had that worked there. He's rude and abusive which aren't traits for the industry he is working in.

Very close to the Termini station, nice staff, clean rooms and free wifi. The reception is at Hotel Stargate in the same building. However, the district around the Termini station is kind of ugly and there seemed to be no kind of security at the hostel.

The private rooms are large and it's all like a hotel

Good value for money and pretty good location close to the main train/bus station. Nothing extra though just a basic room. Only thing was when one day the sink didnt work in the toilet and we obviously notified the man in the reception to fix it but he got crazy and started saying how much bad of me it was to complain when we get a room with that location for such a good price. Well yeah, but I think its a pretty big deal if you cant wash your hands or brush your teeth.

Difficult to find, because there are no signs in the street about hostel termini. The room was REALLY good, and the bathroom really good as well. The staff was friendly. One really bad thing was the breakfast, I had a reservation with breakfast included, but they just serve you ONE croissant with juice or coffee. That is all. Don't dare to ask for more! They won't give you. Also the wifi is on only from 10:00 to 22:00!

I stayed here twice. First night when I arrived in Rome and the night befor I left. It great that it was so close to the train and bus terminal. The room had AC. Only towels were provided. It has a hair dryer . Their is breakfast but we left too early to try it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. 24 hour checkin/out. Surrounded by restaurants. They give you a discount card to one nearby. It was delicious!
