Your email was a little premature as we are still here. I had to stay in hospital and your staff have been tremendous. My wife speaks virtually no Spanish so your staff booked taxis and gave advance on many things. I returned the Hostel late afternoon Thursday 21st and we will be here until Monday to complete doctor's orders. Thank you.

The hostel is a very nice place to stay ,with a large courtyard and a swimming pool. Great place to chill out.

For $50 dollars a night i do not expect to find unclean used sheets on my arrival . We got 2 pieces of towel on arrival and we got charged $1 when i asked for a fresh towel on the 3rd day. Staff was demotivated and uninterested.

The staff was very helpful. The lonely planet email address is snot complete so having difficulty cancelling a reservation I made for Jan 17. Travelling with a clhild. All very good.

Good location for the city, great pool, but rather open plan, therefore if one someone chooses to have a conversation with their friend at three o'clock in the morning they can't expect much privacy.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was extraordinary friendly, good food and the best coffee ever. We recommend this hostel!
