This place was amazing! We loved every minute we were there and felt like we were in our own homes. Mario the owner and his staff (Joanna, Blanca & Marcos) were all so friendly and willing to help us in any way needed. If you are staying in Puerto Montt stay at the Hostel Tren del Sur! You won't regret it!

This was a great value place, and the really friendly and helpful staff made it perfect for our quick stopover in Puerto Montt. Thanks especially for having someone up at 5am to give us a snack, make us a coffee and see us into our taxi to the airport - we really appreciated this level of service :-)
