It's really the kind of hostel that's about meeting people from everywhere and fortunately not a party hostel. Also it has a familiar feel and it's like being in a home

Great hostel in San Jose, Costa Rica! Just one quick bus ride for 245 Colones to the city across from the hostel. Staff are great, and the beds were comfortable. I plan to stay here again if I come back to Costa Rica! Pancakes and coffee for breakfast were great and filling!

Pretty good private room, shower sucked. But it worked, I felt safe and there was a good atmosphere. The staff however were phenomenal. The rooms were basic, but did what you need them to do. Sheets were clean etc. Would stay again!

Great hostel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, large lockers. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and there's a large kitchen that remains super clean. Hot water in the showers. They have a pool table you can use until 10pm and a pancake breakfast is included. Within 20 minutes of most bus stations, only about $3000 uber/ taxi ride. There's good wifi connection throughout and electrical outlets at every bed

Only stayed for one night whilst in transit but this was one of the nicer hostels we've come across. Large clean dorms, great lounge & garden areas & access to a fully equipped kitchen. Staff were super helpful & friendly. Location felt relatively safe to walk around in the evening.

It didn't look like much from the outside but once inside it was by far the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in and such a great value for the price! The dorms were huge and bright, beds were comfy (we got TWO pillows), all bunks have little locking cupboards built into them that can fit bags. They have a huge common area with a tv, a pool table and computers. The backyard area is massive and grassy. The kitchen is large and clean and they offer free breakfast. Very secure building in a safe area
