It was very interesting, the only thing is the lack of internet: I´ve chosen the hostel thinking i would be able to have wifi on my room but in the end i had to cross the street, go to the restaurant (where the front desk is) and use their connection there.

Everything was great. Clean rooms, easy access to metro, termini, and tourist attractions. The bathrooms were kind of gross as the floors were always wet. Other than that I had a great time. The breakfast was also a nice addition.

Hostel Vacanza turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They gave us two pastries and juice or coffee every morning and a 10% discount at the restaurant that they also own. I liked the small feel of the hostel itself. They only have a few rooms, but there is a good amount of space to move around, as well as some storage space. However, they don't provide locked storage, and it is a bit of a walk to breakfast and the free wi-fi at the restaurant.

The hostel itself can be easily transformed in a real and nice place. The problem is finding the check in place. The description is not exact and it is really hard to find. Check-in is in a restaurant with not a single sign for a hostel. English of the staff is poor and you do not receive any receipt and everything looks a bit inlegal. On the other side the rooms are clean and tidy and the location is very close to the station of Termini.

Location was good, although it was a little odd the way check-in and the actual hostel were different. There were only 2 bathrooms for 18 people, which made for some problems, and no lockers. The only issue was there was no one who cleaned the bathrooms and you can imagine how it looked after that many people used it. Oh, and no hand soap.

It felt like I was in someone's apartment, not a hostel. There was no atmosphere, but it was clean and nice. It was also very difficult to find.

I rented a private room across the street from where you get your key. It was clean, no bed bugs. There's no wake up call do, so bring a watch or an alarm clock cause we had no sum light comng in to our room. The bengolee guy that brought us to our room was a real sweetheart. Breakfast was included which was a pastery and coffee, really good. My only real complaint was there was missing that social vibe you usually get from hostels.

Hostel is actually an apartment, separate to check in which is 2 blocks away. Hostel was ok, aircon in communal area, two bathrooms (though one always has water all over the floor, not pleasent if you get up during the night for the bathroom), and only 6 to a room. I think this hostel has some great potential, they need to fix and turn on the aircons in the rooms as Rome is really hot, a fridge and more comfotable bedding wouldn't go astray either.

Dirty, no internet, the bathrooms were ridiculously dirty, the "breakfast" is a little bread and a small cup of coffe. Very hard to find, because they give 2 adresses in the reservation email, if you ask a local they get confused and obviously you too.

I've met nice people and staffs here. You can get sleep so easy here. The only thing I care about is some equipment is broken, it works though. They have to fix them, but I guess they won't because it's Italy lol Anyway this is very nice hostel ! I will stay here when I'm in Rome again.
