It was near train station that's a plus but air conditioner wasn't working. It was 40 degree outside and they couldn't fixed it. Reception wasn't in the same place that was real problem to contact with staff.

No hostel vibe as it was just a hotel room. The breakfast was pretty weedy, would have liked some more

VERY great hostel. We booked a 3-bedroom ensuite complete with our own shower. The bedroom was really nice, spacious, and clean. The toilette and shower were really nice. The staff was great, and you get a free breakfast of coffee and croissant. This place was cheaper and better than a lot of other hostels that I've used. DEFINATELY STAY HERE.

Very nice people, it was secure and clean. However if you're looking to stay in a typical hostel and meet other people I would not recommend this. It is more of an apartment turned into a hostel. It's really hard to find and wifi is only in the check in (a restaurant) which is a few blocks from the rooms.

Luggage storage was a little odd - if there is a way to put people's items in a locked room that required ID to pick up items then I think customers would be more comfortable with the storage. The breakfast was good and all of the staff was really nice!

Nice and clean beds. Check-in at the Café not in the hostel. Only problem- no wifi in room, only in the café. Overall good experience and service. Also, very close to Termini.

The room was very old, and had no lovely atmosphere such as no view to outside, no heating. Most of the staff were very friendly especially ones who work in the morning. They were very helpful and ready to solve problems. However, on the departure day, the afternoon staff were very disrespectful in the way that they made it clear that they want us to leave! Though we paid for our coffees or desserts. I think it just needs some renovation for the room in general.

We stayed 4 nights with my girlfriend in twinbed spacious room. Place is great located close to city centre but in minor street (with almost no cars). Breakfast (croissant and dilicious caffee) is served in the restaurant across the street (30 m). Room was cleaned every day. If you wanna enjoy city this hostel is number one choice. Arrivederci
