We stayed in an ensuite room, the bathroom was good and the room was nice and clean (towels were provided). You don't see other guests but for us it was okay. Breakfast consists of a coffee (very good!) and a sweet croissant (nice). No kitchen facilities but there is a little fridge in the room. The staff is AMAIZING (thanks a lot for that;-)). The location is perfect (3mins to Termini Station), you can walk everywhere. The stay was nice and without any problems :-)
Do not stay here. The hostel is two parts. You check in at a restaurant which is the only place you can get Wifi. The rooms are located a couple blocks away and it seems like the restaurant owners just bought an apartment and put as many beds in a room as possible. The toilet and sink were both broken and the bathroom was over flooded. It is dirty and we avoided staying in the room as much as possible. We even considered sleeping at the airport for a night, that's how bad it was.

Good hostel. Clean room, good linen and towels, breakfast was a croissant and a drink (juice, coffee,...) served at the reception, which is in a different building than the room. WiFi is only available at the reception. Proximity to termini station is a positive remark. Definitively worth it.
small room, does not have wifi, reception is 5 blocks away from dorms
The hostel was clean, quiet and close to train station. However the reception it's in a different place. Don't have internet conection in this flat, just in the restaurant "reception".
We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vacanza. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is not ideal because the street you have to walk down to get there from the train station is not lit. The hostel seemed secure, but the outside door was a bit of a challenge to open. Overall, we had a great experience at this hostel.
The experience was not so good. First of all the staff was not cooperative and secondly they didnt provide us the quilts and we were shivering the whole night as the heater was also not working.
The rooms and reception are in a different buildings so don't get confused. You have to go to the reception (restaurant) to get wi-fi. The staff is friendly but doesn't speak English very well. But you get breakfast (coffee and a croissant), a clean room in a street full of restaurants and the location is it's best feature since is 5 min away from the Train station.
Very friendly staffs and the owner was very helpful on the planning of my itinerary. The breakfast was simple, a bread and a coffee. Def a good way to start a day with a good coffee? (not instant coffee, of course!)? The location is just perfect, just behind the termini station. The room was spacious and clean, but there's no wifi in the room ( the one and only inconvenient for me). The wifi is available at their restaurant. Tried their pasta and pizza, simply delicious. Strongly recommend!
Great location and with directions to the restaurant for check-in, it was easy to find. Staff at the restaurant were awesome. Wifi only at restaurant, not at actual rooms.
