Perfect location with a great view on Loggia del Mercato Nuovo. Clean rooms, clean toilets.

Great place to stay, more of an apartment than a hostel. A little difficult to find if you've never been to florence before- just look for the "6" on the door and the hostel is upstairs. Shared bathroom. Loud city at that spot, we slept with the window open and the nights we were sober it was hard to fall asleep. Great location- in the heart of florence. Literally. 5 minute walk to anything you'd want to see. You check in and get keys- and then are left alone. It's nice.

The wifi was not reliable. The bathrooms could have been cleaned more. The location was good and most things were in walking distance.

I was very disappointed. Roam was dirty and the wall were full of blood markes as the people before me killed the mozzes and fleas on the walls .i was bited so bad by fleas that we found in the bed and roam.We killed about 30 in the 3 nights we spent in that roam.I had to get treatmnet and my body was so inflamed i was running a fever. There was not even a cuboard to put our things or even a draw .This is my worst experience i have ever experienced in my life and i travel every year to Europe.

Perfect location, really close to all big attractions. That means the noise can be quite disturbing, as a street market is set up right in front of the hostel. The owner gives you the keys and doesn't appear any more. I would recommend him to hoover the rooms, as there were tones of dust behind the beds, seems like they hide the dirt there instead of cleaning up. Apart from that, there's a good atmosphere and a fridge is available.

The hostel was more like having your own apartment where everything was on your doorstep which was great. The hostel itself is not clearly signposted so look for the big wooden doors. Also you have to pay by cash. I would happily stay here again in Florence!

Not enough showers and no kitchen. It was annoying needing a key to use the facilities. Great location though, close to all of old town and Grom which had the best ice cream. It was a bizarre place, not a hostel at all.

This was not a typical hostel it is more a B&B without breakfast. You have your own room (like in a hotel) and you are sharing a bathroom with 3 other rooms. It is very nice to stay here when you need some rest and privacy. The room was clean and the bathroom also. But after 2 days they still didn't cleaned the bathroom. We stayed there for 4 nights and they didn't cleaned it once. You are staying in the centre of the town that was great.

We had to wait 2 hours for useing bathroom.because there is only one bathroom.

It is not a hostel. It is more like an apartment where rooms are rented. There is no reception and no staff. The place is extremely hard to find because of the unclear numbering of the houses, the way to this place according to google maps and directions provided by the "hostel" staff are contradictory. The room we had was more or less enough space but still very claustrophobic and unpleasant, the balcony was dirty and the room smelled bad. The toilet and shower was in one place and one for all.

The hostel is very hard to find. Location is really great, but there are no signs to indicate that the hostel is there. THe hostel is really just a shabby apartment building. There is no front desk or common area or anything. The man is fairly nice and area is safe and convenient. Most things were fine for young travelers on a budget, but what killed the experience finding bedbugs in our room.

We booked the 5 person accommodation and the room was spacious. The washrooms were clean enough and staff was also okay. Location is also quite nice. Nice place to stay.

It was very well situated, but very poor with facilities. Room had window, but still it was very dark in a day. Also I would hear if somebody was taking a shower in bathroom and often we had long quit to get access in toilet. They save my lagguge in last day.

The locatin is simply amazing! At a corner from the Duomo, you are near everything! It is kind of an old apartment recycle into a hostel, so there is no kitchen, but of you are planning on always eating at the restaurant, I strongly suggest you this hostel, because everything is clean, and (again) the location is amazing!!

Pros: great location (located in the center of the historic area), relatively close to the station (approx. 15-20 mins), very comfortable beds, high ceilings, own keys, clean sheets, maintenance of bathroom is high, next to a small leather market (during the day), and place to hang your clothing. Cons: hard to find (don't look for Hostel Ver.. look for a little sign that say Veronique room for rents), and super thin walls (can literally everything in the hall, outside, and other rooms)
