Even with some minuses the location compensated and made our stay there amazing.

Hostel Veronique is located in the citycenter. it's beautiful and clean place. staff is cheerful. there are so many shops around and places to eat out.

The location was AMAZING. Only a few minutes walk to the Duomo. We had a shared bathroom, at least at this time of your (april/may) was no problem at all. The room is simple, but clean and the owner was welcoming. Also found there little free city map very helpful.

Very nice place. Calm and clean. Bring your own lock to lock your locker. Big bathrooms with plenty of hooks and a raised bath mat to keep the bathroom floor clear of water.

The hostels location is perfect (in old town and close to all places). As it was a hostel i didnt expect a lot. There is no kitchen, just a fridge where you can leave your food and two bathrooms. On reception there is nobody just one your arrival there is a guy who do the check in, so if you have a questions better ask them on check in or afterwords will need to go to tourist information. Under beds were really dirty (seems like someone havent clean there for long time). Beds were really comfy.

Beds and rooms were nice. Location is excellent. One bathroom for nearly 20 people and not kept clean--absolutely disgusting. Reasonable for what you pay.

Very central location but very loud at night because of people hanging out at night and the market place being built up early morning. Only 1 tiny bathroom with toilet for the entire floor with 4 rooms (15 persons)! The cleanliness is poor.

I'm so glad I stayed here, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, really close to everything. A minor hiccup with the room on the first night that was quickly sorted out. Easy to find, not like a few other reviewers.....................just read the directions ! Gracie

We had the hostel all to ourselves!! The location is perfect, a two minute walk to the center of the city. Would definitely stay again.

Not much of a hostel environment/feel. More of just an apartment turned room-for-rent. The one-man staff was only seen when we checked in and then never again, which became inconvenient especially when a guest was locked out at 4am and continually rung the intercom which was right outside our door. Biggest complaint, when our adapter went missing, seeing as there was no staff to ask, we had to check their desk ourselves, where we found our adapter that was taken from our room when we were out.

The location is perfect. The only problem was that people kept partying until 3am in the morning inside the rooms. Also, there is one tiny bathroom per floor for like 16 people! So the bathroom situation sucked...

really near to the hard rock cafe. the toilets sometimes doesnt have water.

Great locations and together with the price, it recompensates the time taken to find and get inside the apartment.

The directions are very confusing on how to get there because we had to go to another building for our room a couple streets away

The street address proved difficult to find and there was nothing marked for the hostel. We eventually found the apartment by wandering aimlessly, and were told to wait there for the owner by a woman who didn't identify herself, who promptly left us alone. When we were finally shown the room, it was decently clean, but there weren't enough sheets, and we never saw a member of the "staff" again during our visit so there was no one to ask. The bathrooms were not very clean at all. No wifi at all.

Good value for money hostel in the very centre of Florence!

The shower was really gross but the room was really clean. When we got there our room wasn't clean, which was expected because we were early, but instead of locking our bags up right away he had us leave them outside of our door, which made us nervous. It was a very good facility considering how cheap it was, and it is in a location that you just can't beat.

Good location. Good value for money. Smelly bathrooms.
