The hostel is very hard to find. Location is really great, but there are no signs to indicate that the hostel is there. THe hostel is really just a shabby apartment building. There is no front desk or common area or anything. The man is fairly nice and area is safe and convenient. Most things were fine for young travelers on a budget, but what killed the experience finding bedbugs in our room.

We booked the 5 person accommodation and the room was spacious. The washrooms were clean enough and staff was also okay. Location is also quite nice. Nice place to stay.

It was very well situated, but very poor with facilities. Room had window, but still it was very dark in a day. Also I would hear if somebody was taking a shower in bathroom and often we had long quit to get access in toilet. They save my lagguge in last day.

The locatin is simply amazing! At a corner from the Duomo, you are near everything! It is kind of an old apartment recycle into a hostel, so there is no kitchen, but of you are planning on always eating at the restaurant, I strongly suggest you this hostel, because everything is clean, and (again) the location is amazing!!

Pros: great location (located in the center of the historic area), relatively close to the station (approx. 15-20 mins), very comfortable beds, high ceilings, own keys, clean sheets, maintenance of bathroom is high, next to a small leather market (during the day), and place to hang your clothing. Cons: hard to find (don't look for Hostel Ver.. look for a little sign that say Veronique room for rents), and super thin walls (can literally everything in the hall, outside, and other rooms)

In fact, for me it is not a hostel. It had no a hostel atmosphere (without common room, without any facilities such as computers, kitchen, maps and so on). It was an apartment where the rooms are rented to travellers, and there is only one bathroom for a whole floor.

It was great location, very safe, clean, and nice. Our room was a little loud sometimes you could hear people from the street outside, but otherwise it was awesome! I loved how close it was to everything! also it was great that there were two bathrooms, so even though we had to share there was more than one bathroom!

You get what you pay for. Good things: price/quality; location. Things to improve: just one bathroom for more than one room (so you may have to share it with lots of people that doesn't really care about leaving the bathroom clean); weird smell in entrance. Anyhow, perfect place to stay, since you spend almost all day sightseeing the beautiful city. Florence pays off.

The hostel was very below for what we wich. Sadly the pictures does not shows the reality. The cleanliness of the hostel was terrible. One of the toillets broke during our stay there. Was a cheap hostel for Florence, but don't worth the money.
