Hostel Veronique Reviews

Recommended. Very good location, (only problem with this is very very noisy out the window until late at night & then early in the morning with markets setting up - but I can deal with this given the convenience of the location). Clean, good sized room & comfortable bed. My only complaint is that on our floor there was one bathroom (toilet/shower/basin all in the one room) for about 6-7 rooms (each with at least 2 up to 6 beds) so when it was full, there was a very very long wait to use it.

I didn't know that the check-in time was critical when you sign up for the hostel, I assumed it was an estimate only. But otherwise lovely place.

No Staff available when you have something important to ask.

location is wonderful. Receptionist is very nice, he waited for us till 11pm. WiFi is good at reception area but not working inside of room.

Hostel Veronique is definitely the place to stay if you're hosteling in Florence. Right in the middle of everything, this hostel is nice and clean. No breakfast which is sad but everything else was great. The staff wasn't very visible but I think there was a lady living on another floor that worked there. My only warning would be to bring earplugs... The rooms that face the street have a view of an outdoor amphitheatre which has nightly shows...super cool, but loud if you want to sleep.

Its in the center of Florence. Its very regular.

The location is excellent. Everything else ... ?!?!?!? I do not recommend because it is really dirty !!!!! Dirty! :-( :-( :-(

Great Location. Room and bathrooms were clean. No ac but fan was given. Very simple and would definitely recommend to anyone.
