The hostel is quite nice, though we were three nights there and for the last night we were moved to another hostel (next door) because they were closing for repairs or something. Not cool because we were never told of this (and packing everything again to move is annoying when you're staying for just three nights) and we wouldn't have stayed there had we known. The other hostel was NOT as nice, so we feel kind of scammed. Anyhow, apart from that, it's all right and the staff is really nice.
A fantastic hostel with amazing staff, great social area and cheap drinks at their own on site bar. Only down side was that travelling as a two we were put in a 6 bed room on our own. As much as this would be appealing to some, when you're heaps keen to meet new people, its disappointing. Perfect walking distance into the centre, using the hill as our daily (only) exercise!
The rooms and terrace were nice although our bathroom kept running out of toilet paper and no one seemed to be replacing it on a regular basis- they made us move to the hostel next door on our third night as they were closing which was quite annoying to have to pack up and move and because of this we missed our boat exursion. As well you cannot have alcohol anywhere in the hostel - not even your room and can't make any noise - including quiet chat outside- after ten.
Really fun hostel to stay at. The staff were amazing, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and great showers. Lots of space to relax and hang out after a night on the town. Close enough to stroll along the riva.
great facilities, loved the terrace with sick views! super close to main town and beaches everything I needed within like 10 minute walk. staff were friendly and had a really cool atmosphere. I personally didn't have any problems with wifi, but definitely areas that worked better than others. great hostel great people!
Staff barely had time to help with any questions or queries. Were generally unapproachable in their office when together talking. The place and location are incredible though, amazing views of the ocean. Awesome kitchen too. Atmosphere would have been 10x better if you could bring your own alcohol into the establishment (their bar is pretty expensive for a hostel).
They say cheap bar but same price as in town and they don't let you bring in personal alcohol, but all else awesome stay. Most amazing view!!!!!
Nice hostel but unless you are English and 18 years old then I wouldn't recommend.
Lovely view and good facilities. This is definitely a party hostel and the previous reviews are right. The clientele is younger crowd intent on drinking. If that's your scene, then this is the place.
Great atmosphere with friendly and welcoming staff as they're helpful with information/ places to go. We liked it so much we stayed another night. However, air con remote didn't work for me and my friends, so we found it cold on the first two nights. Other than that, the bar crawl was amazing and the room was clean with good security. The bar crawl was fun with the benefit of free shots. It's a great place to meet new people and highly recommended by others.

Great location not far from the main port/bar area. They are a little unorganized with the on site bar but come 8pm most people congregate for the nightly pub crawl which is free and comes with a couple of free shots. They have a few backpackers running that program and helps create a good atmosphere. Would stay here again.
Great place to chill and have a great time. The staff were wonderful and the bar crawl was a total blast. One of the staff members was a bit saucy with me, but what are you gonna do.
Brilliant hostel, really good vibe, very good terrace which is good for socialising. Great staff as well! Would go as far as saying this is the best hostel I've stayed in!
Had a great stay. Loved the welcome. Great vibe.

Would definitely recommend!!! The rooms and facilities are incredibly clean! But this is a youth hostel so it's very social and everyone enjoys a few drinks!!!!

Great facilities and location. Enjoyed my stay! Would recommend.
Security was average to poor, anyone can walk off the street down the stairs (albeit past reception room) and into a bedroom (doors were never locked) and only a small locker space per bed you could get your valuables in if you had a padlock. Good location for the town of Hvar and local beach/rocks to swim and relax. Staff are young and it shows - kitchen and bathrooms constantly in need of thorough cleaning. More of a party hostel. Good kitchen area, loads of good seating, great view and bar!
Overall a good hostel with good facilities in a reasonable location a bit away from the main restaurant and bar areas but a nice leisurely walk. The nightly bar crawls are great for solo travellers and the staff made great efforts to ensure everyone was involved!
Stay here for the pub crawl and the awesome people both fellow travelers (a lot solo!) and the awesome staff! This is THE PLACE to stay if you are looking to have a fun trip on Hvar - if you want to party and meet people then PLEASE STAY HERE! Don't stay here if you want a nice quiet place to come home to with good wifi. Everything was clean though!
This hostel gives you everything it says it will however as it is so popular and successful the place lacks atmosphere. I do not recommend this hostel if you wish to relax, and have a taste of Croatia. The place is filled with judgemental youths wishing to get drunk and leave there stuff all over the floor.
