There are certainly locations that are closer to the city center, but the breakfast is awesome! Cereals, fresh bread, ham, cheese, fruit, hot chocolate, coffee, juice,... :)

only problem, no kitchen to use.

In general I liked the hostel. It was clean and the staff willing to help us anytime. It was good in relation to its price! The problem is that you need metro or tram to take you to the city center. Also the bathroom was out of the room but it was only for women and clean.

The door lock didn't work well. We spent much time on getting it open. Also, there were many insect staying around the basin inside the room. Hope you can improve these issues.

Better than expected! Not that clean, but good enough to sleep. Don't expect too much, but it is better than you expect. A little far from major places in Wien, but if you buy 24hours ticket, there will be no problem at all.

Location is terrible, super inconvenient to get to the centre. Staff is very unfriendly. Breakfast is not bad, but there is no salad. Wifi is only available in the lobby, not even in the dinning area.

I love breakfast here, it's so nice! But we have to pay for all additional facilities ex hair dryer, locker, towels which should be provided in the room. Moreover, we cannot pay for the room separately when we go together, it's inconvenient for us to manage the expenses later

There were two big problems: Firstly, we reserved rooms for one price and on arrival, they told us it was for rooms without toilet (which wasn't emphasized on site) so we had to pay additional 3,5e per night for rooms with toilet. Secondly, one room was supposed to be 3-bed but it was 2-bed room (even to small for 2 beds) with added mattress. Other than that, hostel was fine. Food was very good.

The hostel was superbly clean, like a 3- or 4- star HOTEL should be, which I find very unusual in a good way for a very large hostel. One time, I found the toilets messy (because of irresponsible dormers), but when I went back in a short period of time, I found them clean! The staffs were very nice and helpful too but I think, if not for the many people during my stay, they can still be more friendly and nicer. The included breakfast was great. The 7EUR-lunch is a good value for money.

Very good hotel.

Staff were awkwardly rude and unhelpful. The atmosphere was boring so if you're a solo traveller looking for friends this hostel is not a good choice. It is a good place for a quite night in and a decent sleep. Very far from city centre and found it to be a hassle to go into town and there wasn't many places to eat out nearby. Breakfast was really good though! I would choose somewhere else to stay to really enjoy this city.

This hostel was closer to a hotel than an actual hostel. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the private room we had booked had a bathroom inside, instead of having a communal one in the hallway. The wifi did not work as well in the rooms as downstairs, but it was easy to get a connection in certain areas and we did just fine. The room was spacious, clean, had a nice view. The breakfast was also a nice aspect of the hostel. The staff were also patient and helpful.

Very big international hostel unpersonal and the staff doesn't seem happy to be there!

Absolutely perfect place, very nice and helpful staff. Decent breakfast and clean and nice room. Surely recommend.

This place is far of to be a Hostel, if you are looking for a place with Hostel's atmosphere, please don't try it. First they don't mention that you are obligated to buy a member card if you want to stay there, the staff is unfriendly, there is no place to make a simple coffee, the breakfast was really good, they could offer room with blackout curtains, a WI-fi in the whole building would be a good idea, remember the guest to pay attention with the doors as well as provide something to avoid...
