Very dirty, I booked a room with private bathroom and we were given a room with shared bathroom. There was no receptionist or owner around, the only person we saw in 4 days was the cleaner.

Really nice place. It's also very close to alexandarplace (center). Kitchen was perfect. you can find everythink that you need. It's awesome

The location is really good as well as price charged for the stay is awesomely law given the place where hostel is. Inside hostel is very simple, however there is everything you need for a stay and really well equiped kitchen. People taking care of hostel are very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Arriving, we found an Asian woman who spoke less German than us at the desk, who tried to sell us a pair of rooms, and we eventually got her to call the sleeping owner (whom she called "mama Atli"), who arrived at length and asked for her payment, before going off and returning to say the occupants of our room did not want to leave and we could not have it. She then phoned another hostel to book replacement rooms and sent us over, even though we heard her go to voicemail. A very dubious place.

There's just a big big problem. She doesn't really speak english. She just puts an english world inside an hundred of german words. So, the hostel is comfortable (yeah, bed's too!) but if you have any problem o request remind you'll lose a lot of time trying to speak with her... Good bicycle service!

The owner/manager met us for check in and to collect the money. After that we didn't see another staff member, except the cleaner, for our whole 5 night stay.

Very clean hostel. Good location. You can use the kitchen for having breakfast or a coffee.

Expect to wait way more than 10 minutes to be let in. Room was fine. No wireless internet when I was there. The owner allowed another guest to chain smoke through out his stay, so the whole place (which is small) smelled of stale cigarettes. Not the best. Location is very sweet and quiet.
