Could not really be improved. The staff were all lovely and polite, the location just a few minutes walk from Westbahnhof (on Tram 5 route as well) and the continental breakfast superb. Only marked down one point for shared shower & toilet facilities which are a result of the buildings history. The individual shower cubicles were always spotlessly clean (over 4 day stay); in fact I spent the following night in a 4 star hotel outside Vienna and the shower at Kaiser 23 was much, much better.

Very clean accommodation, good position (2mins walk from westbahnhof and 5mins to the city centre). I've been traveling for years now, and I can easily say this accommodation is in top 3 I've ever been. Good breakfast too. Would easily recommend to others.

Perfectly fine for what I wanted, quiet night to recover before a busy week ahead and cheaper than a hotel but if you want to "party" then look elsewhere.
