Nice and clean place to stay.

Very close to the main train station & easy to get to the town centre (either a short trip on underground or a 20-25min walk). Nice hostel, very clean.

The accommodation were nice enough, but I constantly felt like I was being deceived otherwise. First of all, the wifi only worked in the lobby. Second, we bought the Vienna Card (a city wide discount card) from the hostel and they gave us a discount book that was outdated. We didn't even know it until we tried to redeem a discount that no longer existed. They also offered an 8 Euro breakfast that didn't even look as good as some of the free breakfasts I got at other places.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kaiser 23, the only thing we would recommend would be to put something on the doors in the hallways so they dont slam shut so loud.

This is a great place to stay near the Westbahnhof station in Vienna. It is clean and has very comfy beds and good sized rooms (we stayed in a double room for a couple). The only negatives are it doesn't have the atmosphere of a hostel where you can meet a lot of people and no kitchen facilities. We needed to stay near westbahnhof as we were headed for Salzburg so for this reason it was perfect.

The hostel was pretty good value for the money. The hostel was clean, organized and in a good location. The staff was fairly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The atmosphere was a little strange -- the building must be an old hospital. But overall a good stay.

Very friendly staff, cosy and comfy beds. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back!

The staff are very friendly. It is a wonderful building in a quiet street, just off Wien Westbahnhof.
