Very friendly and helpfull staff, room was clean, everything was there, that part was really excellent. The real problem is that the walls are too thin, no isolation, a lot of noise on the streets. I was sleeping in the room above the door and was awaken each time it opened ... Further on some other visitors had had problems in the centre causing a big scene. Police was there and they discussed it in the hallway so everybody could hear it. Overnight staff would have solved that.

The location makes this hostel. Friendly staff who speak very good English (good when your Spanish is terrible!). I would say is that this is a very noisy hostel right in the centre of the old part. There is some building work going on opposite which looks like they are re-furbing a building into a bar. I went in April when most bars/ restaurants are not yet fully open for the summer trade but reckon this would be a really lively area. Buy good wax ear plugs and eye mask to enjoy this hostel!

This is a very good hostel, located very conveniently for most of the good bars and restaurants in Alicante. The security is very good as there is keycard access to the reception and rooms. Within the rooms there are also security lockers for your stuff. Towels are available to rent at €1.50. The only thing against this hostel is that there is a disco very close by which didn't stop until 04:00 (Saturday night). However I would go to this hostel again.

Great value for money, good location and friendly staff. The only thing that I would say something not very good about is that the surroundings were a bit noisy, but that´s nothing to do with the hostel itself, but with the people loitering in the street.
