This hostel really needs a 24hours reception. Because you cannot trust the 24 hours emergency number. In my case it did not work at all and at last I missed my flight due to the disorganization of the Hostel. But generally they are really nice.The atmosphere of hostel is friendly. The hostel is located very close to the barrio of Santa Cruz which is just Great.The bathrooms are inside the rooms so it is a little difficult to take a shower when the other roommates are asleep.

bath mat would be good, as floor becomes extremely wet after a shower and slippery! breakfast was great and man at reception was so friendly and went above expectations. good stay
