Not the cheapest in Santiago but worth it to stay in the beautiful Lastarria neighborhood! This place is more hotel than hostel, with very comfy beds, fluffy pillows and towels, good showers; but without a comfortable common area (only a picnic table where breakfast is served) or much of a social vibe (the guests skewed older while I was there). The teenage staff were not quite on the ball; there was confusion about my early morning arrival and about returning my towel deposit.
Great location, very clean. Staff should know a bit more English if they are working in a hostel. Also do not like the fluro green paper wristbands that they make you wear throughout the entire stay, not particularly appropriate if you'd like to go somewhere nice for dinner.
