This accommodation is actually 4 garden apartments in the garden of a house, with the cooking facilities under cover in the garden. unfortunately, because the booking was towards the end of the season the garden facilities were not available as had all been packed away for the autumn, this could have explained to us , as we chose the accommodation because we like to cook to budget our travels. However we were allowed to use the house facilities, and could not have been made more welcome,

We like to say thank you to the family of Hostel Milfontes! We liked it a lot to stay there. The family was very friendly and invited us to eat fresh fish. Very warm regards from Ilker, Carolin and Alice

We totally enjoyed the stay in this hostel. It couldn't have been any better for that little money. The private entrance to the rooms with a little table in front of it, create a very cosy atmosphere. The outdoor kitchen is inviting for preparing your own meals and gives u the chance t get in contact with the family who cared for us so sweet that I can't put it in writing. The rooms (including bathroom&fridge) are clean. Nightlife, Shopping and Beach are in walking distance. Loved it!!!

We stayed there for five nights and liked it very much. The family that runs the hostel is lovely and the garden really cosy. The hostel is a bit hard to find, because there is no sign on the outside, but once you're in everything's great.

The rooms are in the cosy garden of a very lovely family. We had a decent basic room with beds for 3 people (we were with two), a small bathroom and a fridge. In the garden is a small kitchen for the visitors and a terrace, which makes a relaxed and good atmosphere. The family that runs the hostel is very friendly and very helpfull, son Ricardo speaks English very well. Walk to the beach: 10 min, to the center: 2 min. A very nice place to stay and not expensive.

Our stay in hostel was short - only one night. we couldn't come earlier because we had car breakdown. Ricardo and his mother were very kind, the room is nice decorated, they have also a beautiful garden. Friendly and nice people living in an interesting small town. I would recommand this hostel to everyone - they like dogs as well. Laura, Jon, Sanja and Val
