Nice Hostel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The ensuite bathrooms are a bit small and the drain doesn't work that well so if you take a shower the entire bath gets flooded. The kitchen is average and a bit dirty, it doesn't have all the tools you need to cook but enough to make standard dishes like spaghetti etc.

Very good place to stay in salta with a very good staff and a good restaurant near from there. However, the location is little bit too far from the center but it is ok if you like walking for digestion!

This place is great. They have an asado for all the guests (extra 60 pesos but well worth it) every Wednesday and Saturday night. Luckily for me - that was my first night. Absolute great way to meet everyone. All of the staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Victor! His asado and empanadas were amazing....and he was always willing to sit down and talk, give advice about our travels, etc. He and the hostel are highly recommended.

We went there for BBQ and we weren't disappointed! Victor made one of the best meals of our trip in Sth America. The BBQ night had an awesome atmosphere and very friendly place to meet people. Victors empanadas and salsa every other night are delicious. Good outdoor/garden area to relax. About 10 min walk to centre. Downstairs bit noisy and our shower leaked pretty badly. But go there on the BBQ night alone and you wont be disappointed!

Great hostel, lovely common rooms and garden. Rooms good and very clean as well. Don't miss Viktors empanadas which he prepares every day, and the asado on wednesday and saturday (great food, even for vegetarians!). Only bad points are the kitchen which is not very good equipped, and you don't get breakfast early, although most of the excursions start very early.

The BBQ was quite good and the staff helpful. Sometimes (but not always) there has been some stuff missing (like cutlery). A bit away from each and everything. Atmosphere has been quite good and the rooms in good condition.

This is what all hostels should be like, one of the best in South America. BBQ evenings with live music were amazing, cheap and some of the best meat I've ever eaten. Home made empanadas were also the best I've eaten. Staff were very good. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The hostel is clean and has all the facilities you need. I didn't find the staff that nice. They were really slow and it took me like 25 minutes before I could even pay. I just left the money at the reception and left. But it's not a bad hostel. It's big and it's easy to meet people. They have nice common areas.

In total we stayed 3 times at the hostel. Staff is really really friendly and helpful. Don´t miss the BBQ on Wednesday and Saturday night. Victor is really going beyond his duties. We did the BBQ twice and this was one of the best in whole Argentina. Try to get rooms upstairs as the rooms downstairs are more noisier. You even get fresh towels everyday! Very nice courtyard to hang around and meet other people.

Homely establishment about a 15 minute walk from the main plaza. Plenty of supermarkets nearby though. We got upgraded from a dorm to a private which was nice. Rooms were spacious and clean enough. Staff were very helpful. The outdoor area is a great place to socialise and the bbq night was AMAZING! My only criticism was that the kitchen was a bit small and lacked utensils and plates but otherwise we had a great stay.

The guy who does the cooking is amazing, he's a chef not a cook. The Asado ive ever had in any hostel.

More like a hotel than a hostel! A really nice place to stay in Salta, despite being a bit far from the center. The staff is amazing, the kitchen is spacious and the outdoor area is a great place to relax and meet other travelers.

The staff were great and so helpful! Thank you so much for the amazing stay and for support in the various things such as organising the horse riding tour and other general questions. I wish I could have stayed longer!!

Had a great stay here, really sociable atmosphere. We were even upgraded to a private room instead of a dorm when they saw we were a couple which is a nice touch when you're travelling on a budget! The weekly assado BBQ is great to and rally brings everyone together.

The staff were very helpful in particular the guy making the empanadas in the evening. The hostel had great facilities such as a large kitchen, bar, sky tv and ping pong table. Place is 5 minuites from the centre of town and our private room was clean and comfortable.
