Hostel in Salta Reviews

The people are very friendly and the rooms are tidy with private bathrooms. The staff gives good information about excursions how you want them. The hostel himself is very beautiful with a bar and some games. When we stayed there there were less people. The breakfast was not the best, they had just butter and marmelade which was too sweet and no normal bread. The drinks like coffee, tea, milk with choclate were very good! For storing the luggage in a room without locker they judge 8 Ps per day

It´s a nice place to hang out and relax, but it´s a pretty quiet place. Lots of couples, not so many single travellers who want to meet new people. Staff speak almost no English but they try to be very helpful.

The chap on the front desk when we first arrived was abrupt, but the lady on duty the rest of the time was lovely. Our private ensuite room was spacious and warm during the night. The BBQ meal is fantastic - great steak and reasonable wine. Only down side is it wasn't served until 10.30pm (a baptism of fire for us for the late night Argentine dining!). Somewhere nearby there is a cockerill that starts early morning for about an hour (although it sounds like someone is trying to strangle it...)

This was a clean well layed out hostel. It was very quiet when we were then but we expected this as it off season.

Nice and clean, friendly staff, warm, hot showers, only minus, that a rakoon woke us up around 5am..

Very nice. The staff is excellent. Ask Victor some tips about the region or about a good restaurant. Easy to speak and make friendships in this place.
