The staff was excellent. They were friendly and very helpful nothing seemed too much effort for them. located on the 7th floor of a building in a decent part of town made the location below average. great staff which were very helpful..probally the best group of staff members i've ran into on my travels. This is the best hostel and If you are going to stay in Naples, make it a priority to stay here. So much character, the staff are so lovely and helpful, the set-up...you feel at home instantly. My favourite hostel so far and I have been overseas for 3 months. This is the best hostel and If you are going to stay in Naples, make it a priority to stay here. An awsome place to stay. The staff are great and give you heaps of tips of what to see and where to eat without you even asking! Met lots of cool people here. WOW! Probably the best hostel i have ever stayed in. as soon as we arrived we were laughing and havig a good time. this place is a really fun place to be. has everything you could need in a hostel and more. the hostel made me enjoy my napoli trip even more! highly recommendWOW! There were no lock on the dorm doors, however there were lockers in the room. This is by far the best and friendliest hostel I've stayed at. It's close to the port and bus stop. Wicked place to chill out! Perfect lounge area and kitchen. Super friendly staff. They even hang out your washing FOR YOU! Sucked a bit that the reception was in the lounge room as it was a bit loud sometimes. Really good on the whole. It is a little bit hard to locate after getting off the bus, as its up 7 levels in a building and down a side street, but its worth it once you get there!Wicked place to chill out!
