Staff was great. Breakfast was better than I was expecting. Room was nice, clean, and not too cold. And the location was great to catch my ferry the next day.

They could have used another shower, sometimes there was a line. however, it was super clean and Luca is amazing. They sat me down and planned out the trip with me and it was really helpful! Definitely will stay there again!

This Hostel was awesome! Harriet and Luca were very knowledgeble of Naples. The map Luca draws for you when you first arrived is the best map i have ever had. They made us love Naples for Naples. The other guest were very friendly and kept extending their stays because they liked it so much. The only bad things were that in our level bathroom was no soap holder in the shower and we didn't get 2 keys for our room. If that is the worst thing you can say about a Hostel you are doing very well.

Excellent staff and facilities, at a very low price. The best hostel to have a good time in Naples. Breakfast included, large bathrooms and helpful staff.

I can easily see now why this hostel is given so many awards. It's probably the best I've been to so far. I cannot help repeating about superhelpful and superfriendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, substantial breakfast, nice common area, home atmosphere... The only one tiny shortcoming was that the microwave didn't work (but there is always a stove after all). And as for Naples itself - the devil is not so black as he is painted. I loved it a lot!

The British lady receptionist and the Italian male receptionist were fantastic. Couldn't have asked for a better hostel receptionist. The breakfast was great value for money. Having my beds done everyday makes the hostel feel more like a hotel.

Definitely extremely satisfied and would recommend it; the staff is absolutely lovely and helpful (eileen (?), luca...). We spent there the new year ave and we had dinner for only 5€, what I define cheap&chic :)... The hostel has absolutely the best bathrooms I've seen in Naples and the staff are really friendly and helpful! The building operates a strange payable lift system so if you come during the week, make sure to have a 5c coin at the ready.

Been in various hostels around various countries, and this one was very cosy and cool.

The hostel staff when we stayed were super positive and helpful. The kind of people who should be in the industry. We took a trail ride up mount Vesuvius for 50 euro per person. If you can afford it it is really worth while. We really enjoyed our stay

I stayed for a weekend in the double room ensuite. It was clean, big, with TV and DVD player, double bed and balcony. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. There is the bar where you can connect with other travelers. As there is not much to do in Naples at night, it was nice to have some cocktails and chat with people there. I enjoyed my stay.
