Great hostel! The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and secure, and the location was fairly central to Naples. The hostel also has a good common area where it's easy to meet fellow travelers. I DEFINITELY recommend staying here!

Very nice Hostel! Very friendly and welcoming. Staff was FABULOUS and sat you down when you first checked in and personally showed you what to do with your time in Napoli. Breakfast is good and bed was nice. Only downfall was being on the 2nd floor when the common area is on the 7th floors, but it was easy enough to head upstairs. Wifi everywhere was a plus. Would definitely stay here again if ever back in Napoli! :D

Everything about this hostel is above average. Staff are excellent and will encourage in everyway possible. (Watch out for Harrietts infectous smile ........ she can talk the ears off a rabbit though :-)) Just staying at the hostel is a holiday itself, but being close to central Naples there is plenty of life within easy walking distance.

Staff were friendly and able to answer all my questions and make recommendations. Hostel was fairly full for the winter season so easy to meet people if you wanted. Kitchen is slightly small so sometimes got busy but great to have for cooking when you can't eat anymore pizza or pasta.

The bathrooms were very dirty and commonly did not have any toilet paper and the floors were flooded with water. We were on the second floor, and the reception is on the seventh floor so it was more difficult to get questions answered by the staff and it meant the security was lower because you did not have to pass a front desk person to enter.

Very good hostel, and I could imagine staying anywhere else in Naples. Though Harriet can be mean at times, she is very good-natured at heart.

I had the honor of being their first guest for 2013! One of the best hostels I've stayed at. Definitely on the party side. Great common area for socializing!. Drinks are cheap and kitchen is well equipped. There are many bathrooms, and all are clean. Dorms are clean and good as well, though a little bit small. Location is good, but on your first time there is hard to find. It's opposite a "Pasticceria" shop, but a bit further in. Elevator requires 5 cents, but hostel provides the coins!!

Great place with character. Strongly recommend you to paste another note to tell your guests that using SD card reader and Flash Disk to transfer something is not allowed on your laptop if you really mean it. If not, don't get yourself confused and use tough words to discipline your guests as if they were blind to your note"No Download". People read and know how to obey rules. The hot water (from the electric heater) takes time to warm up again, take shower quickly for the sake of others'.

staff was very helpful, interesting, accomodating and upbeat. Cleanliness in room-not so great. There was dried blood on one of the pillowcases and the bathroom floor was rather dirty

Great hostel.Very nice staff, welcoming and helpful. It has all the advantagesof staying at a youth hostel along with all the advantages of sleeping in a nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was also a value. Location is good, eventhough at first the street were it is located doesn't seem to be the safest one. We didn't have any problem though, and the harbour (in case you are planning to go to Capri) is right there. Great place!!
