We had a whole in our wall, they locked strange people into out PRIVATE room, hvile we were out, because they had promised them a kitchen, they owe me money for one night/3 persons, and the girl sitting at the office can\\\\\\\'t help you with anything besides trying to trough you out before you have to leave! The cleaninglady was very sweet, but I dont think she was cleaning much?! This Hostel is a mess! Go there only if you want to save money. - I had no key for my room - some dorms\\\\\\\' doors couldn\\\\\\\'t be locked anyway - some rooms I was in where dirty - The staff is really NOT PROFESSIONAL (in fact just a young girl overwhelmed by the amount of work) - I slept the first few days in dirty sheets, which other people slept in before me This Hostel is a mess! We had booked a room for 2. When we arrived, we got an apartment with 8 beds. After calling management two timed they arrived. But could only give us a room with 7 beds...We had to wait until monday, as someone from the office had made the mistake... The hostel was way better than I expected concerning the cheap prices. The staff was very friendly although a bit desorganized. The hostel is quite far away from south beach but there is a vey nice and quite beach about hundred meters away from the hostel. The people I met there were very nice and we had a great time.
