This hostel is too expensive for what it is. The lookers are outside the room, so it annoying to use them. The staff are stupid, don't like to help and seems to be in a bad mood all the time. There are no facilities, there is just a pub on the ground floor but you can't even ask for tap water, they'll tell you "take from the toilet" and you can't eat there, so there is no place to eat your own food. I would never recommend that hostel.

Good hostel stayed here twice now. First time in one of the dorms and met some good people. Having the bathroom in the room is a bonus for me as well as the smoking area. Happy hour every day too!

Good location for Amsterdam central station and right on the edge of the red light district. We felt very secure considering the locations reputation and downstairs the bar does nice, affordable food with discount.

The hostel is dirty and badly kept, with poor lockers, bathrooms and overall a bit of a mess. The location is fantastic however. If you want location then this is great however it's very overpriced for something so basic and dirty

I have just two complaints: there was not enough plugs in the bedroom and the wifi just works at the bar.

Wifi didn't work anywhere Not a big deal there's free wifi all over the city just inconvenient Was a nice place

It has everything we needed, but the staff was exceptionally unfriendly and completely uninterested in helping us. Not worth the money.

The location was ideal and the beds were extremely comfy, however our room could only be compared to a prison cell (we didn't even have a window).

great location right on red light everything was else ok, bathrooms reasonably clean with more showers available on separate floor, bring padlocks if you want to use the lockers, no kitchen, food available at bar, no real atmosphere

so close to central station but that's it all good things. Inside was too hot, no conditioner.

Good stay in great, central location. We found it useful that bags could be left until 18:00 after checking out, though perhaps there could be more security when doing this.

This hostel was a great find and centrally located in the red light district. It's walking distance from the train station and close to lots of cafés and bars. There was a small bathroom for every 10-bed room, but that didn't pose an issue. There is no kitchen, but there's a bar downstairs. It's not a hotel, that's for sure, but it fulfills basic needs. Would stay again.

Not what I expected. Great location, and it was nice to have the bar apart of the hostel. No value for your money.

Great location! Secure and clean place... A rather small bathroom with no shower curtain, but it was enough for us to have best quality time in Amsterdam!!!

On arrival the staff were very rude and unhelpful. The showers did not work despite reporting the problem to reception. The bar downstairs was dark and dirty which made sitting there uncomfortable. No wifi in the bedrooms. Overall far too expensive for what you get. The only good thing about this hostel is the location however I am sure there are better hostels in the same area which aren't such a rip off.

Fantastic location, good price and very clean. The showers are rubbish though and not many of them, lets it down a little. Also some sort of area with a fridge or something would have been good. Overall excellent though, thanks!

Main thing is the pictures on the site are not as they seem!!! This hostel offers the bare minimum for what you are paying for which isn't bad. Just don't have high expectations. There is a bar on the ground level and a pool table but not many people use it to meet other. Wifi is only offered on the ground level. Location is good since it is 7 minute walk to train station and end of the street of the red light district.

Very good location with a 24 hrs bar, but services are poor.
