Very nice reception by the apartment administrator. He speaks a good English (which is rare in Russia) and took us for a short ride around the house (by car and for free). IT´S AN APARTMENT FOR NOT TO BE HIRED. IT SEEMS A BUILDING TO BE DEMOLISHED AND ALL THE SERVICES (ELECTRIC POWER, GAS, WATER) ARE SEALED OFF (WITH THE SEAL BROKEN). tHE kITCHEN IS VERY DIRTY AND THE SHEETS ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH FOR THE BED. THE APARTMENT IS QUITE BIG.IT´S AN APARTMENT FOR NOT TO BE HIRED. comparatively a bargain for our 5 persons to stay in this ap.,located on a real noisy main street beyond - but near to the metro-ring. Impressing environment!Overwhelming combination of science-fiction architecture+older Stalin-CCCR buildings along the huge prospekt.buy your water,food beyond this quarter!It is unbelievable expensive there.only 2 keys for 5 persons.a good place to stay, if you are able to organize the needs of your group. Thank s to Mr. Sergey, the Hostel staff, for his best assisted us from the train station to the property. He also gave us a lot of informations for our traveling plan. About the room, it was an unit apartment with 2 bed room, 1big living room, 1kitchen room with fully equipment, 1bath room and 1toilet room. Good location and very valueable for group of 3-5 persons.Thank s to Mr. Sergey, the Hostel staff, for his best assisted us from the train station to the property.
