No lockers, no hot water, and beds that sagged enough that I\'m pretty sure horses slept in them before us. Yes, it\'s in central Amsterdam, but it\'s not spitting distance to anything super-fun. For 40 Euro a night in a dorm bedroom, it was NOT worth it.   Read Owner Comments

The guy at the front desk is kind of a jackass, rooms are very tiny and smells funny, very good location and an alright breakfest

This 'hotel' was not what it promised to be. You have to check in across the road at the other hostel. You do get free internet there, which is very handy. No shower at all, and breakfast was 2 slices of v cheap bread and cheese. The location is good to explore Amsterdam from, but so is almost every other hostel in Amsterdam.

Excellent place to stay. It was the third time I have stayed, and the staff are excellent. Free internet in the lobby, cheap snacks that are open late night. The area is also great, one of the best places to be entertained in Amsterdam. I will definately stay here again.

Ok last resort good location. The staff are friendly and loaned me an alarm clock for the night. No lockers, so not great security. Extremely steep stairs to climb to room. Mold and grime on bathroom walls, shower/bathroom combo only had extremely hot water and was very cramped, but all facilities in amsterdam seemed like this.

The only good thing is that its Amsterdam, and you can just chill on the stoop next to the entrance and toke up. Thats it. And it wasn't far from Vondel Park.

This hostel provides a place to sleep but not much more. It is located by a ton of restaurants and bars, the museums are mostly within easy walking distance., but the area is pretty noisy at night. The bathrooms and shower are kept pretty clean, but are small.
