Clean & pretty cool. Noisy- the top floor is a function room! It 's inapproprite that the bouncer hassles you about using the lift to get to your room...

Melbourne’s favourite seaside playground since the mid-1800s, St Kilda is just a 15-minute tram ride from the CBD.

Open 24 hours 7 days a week for your enjoyment, St Kilda is as hectic as it’s laid-back, renowned as the place for the cool and the outrageous to be seen and for the out-of-town visitor to see them.

Melburnians and tourists arrive in droves at weekends to shop, walk, cycle or roller-blade along the palmfringed foreshore or to sit in an outdoor café with a coffee, a beer or a glass of wine and watch the passing parade of the beautiful and the bizarre, the famous and the infamous.

At the heart of St Kilda you’ll find two of Melbourne’s most attractive eating and drinking streets - Fitzroy Street, all cool cafes, smart restaurants and inviting bars, and Acland Street Precinct – a hive of bustle and attitude, a food-lover’s paradise of restaurants, winebars and world-famous patisseries. The retail passions of bric-a-brac shoppers and retro fashion dressers are also well-catered for here, and you can find an eclectic selection of independent music and book stores.

Not far is Chapel Street - Hailed as the style capital – at the cutting edge of Melbourne’s fashion, Chapel Street Precinct is a mecca for shoppers, with the up-market fashion labels and designer gift wear of the South Yarra end, much loved by super-models and celebrities to the central Prahran strip known for its eclectic mix of retailers and known brands.

With Luna Park, Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, The George Cinema, The St Kilda Peir, The Palace, Pretty Dulcie's Bar, St Kilda Markets, St Kilda Sea Baths all at your feet.
