super nice landlord. the department locate two minutes to the beach and it has all the things you need include beach umbrella and pads.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME 2 MINUTE FROM THE BEACH
This quiet, immaculate apartment has all modern conveniences including a small terrace, new and modern bathroom, kitchen with all cooking utensiles, TV with cable, A/C and a washing machine.
Children friendly
We are located in the heart of Nice only 100 meters from the beach, in the 'CARRE D'OR'. All tourist attractions, ZONE PIETONE, CENTRAL PARKS, AND OLD TOWN, are from 1 to 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
**Security deposit of €25 returned upon departure. Loss of key automatic forfeiture of deposit.
