- We are unable to send or fax letters of any kind for visa document applications to embassies and/or consulates.
-An age restriction applies for Persons under the age of 18, unless accompanied by a parent or a legal tutor and for people over the age of 40
- Cancellations or alterations are only accepted via email, 24h prior to our check in time at 1pm. Phone cancellations/alterations are not accepted.Please make sure that you receive the confirmation of your Cancellation/Alteration from us via email.
- a valid ID (EU-countries) or a valid Passport is required at check-in
- Check-in is after 1:30pm till late and check out is 10am but you can leave your luggage with us for the day, free of charge.
- The mixed 7 and 12 bed dorms (shared bathroom) with lower rates have less services
- Bookings of 2 or more guests we try our best to place everyone in the same room. But we CAN'T always guarantee it.
