The staff was very helpful. They were informative, energetic, and an all around friendly bunch! The hostel is located in a great area. Close to the subway, shopping, bars, and restaurants. Wifi works in the rooms and there are no hidden charges like most other hostels. I enjoyed the planned events every evening which helped as a woman traveling alone. I would definitely recommend staying here or their partner location which is equally as wonderful!

All the Staff were helpful, nice and a lot of fun.. The hostel was clean and cozy, I felt like I was home!

The location is perfect, it is brand new, staff is really helpful, many cool things to do aroud. The only bad thing was that room 12 is too close from front desk and door and it was very noisy room.

We had a great stay! Mark and the club trips he arranged really made the trip. I will definitely be recommending HostelOne Centro to all my friends!

The staff was young, lively, welcoming, and very helpful. I would definitely go back. They had an easy going atmosphere but were constantly attentive to keeping the common area clean and comfortable. Every night of the week had an event planned. Awesome central location. Highly recommend!

A great hostel to stay at. Location was perfect. Only a minute away from Sol. Surprisingly the noise wasn't a problem. Was expecting more noise because of the location. Although my roommates/ friends were awake because of the music (flute) from the street below. The hostel was very clean and there is a great atmosphere surrounding the hostel. I felt at home. The people, who were working there are very helpful, easy to approach and talk too. Thank you for a great time. Greats, Martin

This was the first hostel I´ve ever stayed at and I was very satisfied. Beds were clean and comfortable, they´re pretty creaky but that´s not a big deal for me. There are enough bathrooms and showers, which are clean and well-maintained. The staff are excellent, very efficient but also friendly and outgoing, they make you feel at home. Best part is the location. It´s in a very lively part of town, and most of Madrid´s main attractions are within walking distance.

Bathrooms were new but very uncomfortable, I hate brush my teeth in toilette which is used by a lot of people each day:), location, staff really excellent:)

This is a good place to stay. It has a great location near Puerta Del Sol, from which you can walk (or take the Metro if you´re tired) to all the major sights in central Madrid. The churros for breakfast were also great, but just be sure you don´t get up too late, as ravenous wolves (like me) tend to eat a lot of them. I really can´t think of anything to complain about for this place.

Great hostel, I would stay there again. Perfect location almost inside Sol Station. Good facilities, friendly staff and very clean.

Can't really fault this hostel. Good wifi, good showers, chocolate con churros for breakfast, good kitchen, perfect location, friendly staff.
