It's one of the best hostels I've ever been to. One minute walk to Plaza Callao. There's always someone cleaning toilets, showers... Friendly staff, nice rooms (I stayed in a 6 bed room, spacious). Nice wifi too. Quiet and good place to stay. I'll choose this hostel again if I need to go to Madrid again.

I arrived in Madrid here in search of work. This hostel not only helped me find work, but catered every need along the way. The staff are the best I have ever known. Especially my soon to be husband and wife Federico and Aga. We are going to have a three way wedding someday. Great atmosphere, regular activities, and consistent fun. The staff are all smiles, the hostel is clean and welcoming, and the facilities are vast and well maintained. Thank you Hostel One.

Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Lockers are small. Noisy even after midnight since people tend to socialize in the common areas but that's not a problem, just don't forget to get your EARPLUGS and it will be okay.

It was a vibrant place to be and staff were very friendly! I liked that the atmosphere was join in on the fun if you want or you can be more solitary if you are too busy or are the loner type. My only drawback was this particular hostel had issues with the showere as 2 of the 4 weren't functioning part of the time i was there, but any other complaints were quickly resolved! Thanks hostelone for a great time in Madrid!

Veri nice hostel, perfect position, cleaned and well equipped. The girl at the check-in was not really friendly, while the guy with the hat was welcoming and very kind. I would clean the entrance on the ground floor. When you get in, you get really stuck by the smell of the building.

Excellent location, walking distance to everything. Very friendly and helpful staff who provided good tourist information and showed us a fun time in Madrid's bars and clubs. A fun and social hostel to meet fellow travelers. Highly recommended, I had the best time! Loved Madrid, such a pretty city. My advice would be to padlock your valuables in your suitcase traveling to and from airport to avoid pickpockets.

The best hostel I've ever been in my whole life. Staff is really good, specially Frederico who takes you to the best parties in Madrid. The atmosphere is awesome, you meet many people and it's easy to make friends. Confortable, beds are good, great showers and toilets, very clean, neat and organized. Internet is also good and fast. I totally recommend!

The location is outstanding, the staff were EXTREMELY helpful and knew me by name, and it´s a pretty friendly atmostphere (even if I didn´t really partake in bar outings, etc.). My one concern was the lockers are pretty beat up and could be opened quite easily. I ended up locking my larger bag since it couldn´t fit, and left it on my bed, which was fine at the time, but it was definitely a risky move. I highly recommend this place though!

The showers were the best of any hostel I've ever stayed at with a real enclosure so that your clothes aren't getting soaking wet while you shower, also you do n't have to press a button every 2 seconds for the water. Also very nice and clean! I had a 6 bed dorm but they don't overfill the rooms when there is space so I actually had it all to myself for the 2 nights I was there. Nice staff, very helpful and understanding!

I felt like the lockers were relatively small, but that is my only complaint. The computers, lounger, kitchen, and services provided by the hostel are great! If you need to do laundry they can do it! If you need a lock, towel, or want to purchase a beer, everything is available.

It has a really nice location 3 min walk from Puerta del Sol, the front desk is 24h/7, the kitchen is always clean and available; there are lockers in the rooms; blankets and linen included, if you forget the shampoo you can use the common things.. I recommend it definitely!!
