We arrived at the address, but could not find the hostel. Vigils helped us and called the hotel. We were told that they had a computer problem and that there was no room for us, and did not even bother to tell us we receive, we never saw the color the hotel! We were still booked a room at a Catholic university in the suburbs, without a gesture of goodwill on the price of the room.
