The room is ok, the main problem is cause you need to go up a lot of stairs, the hostel is in the 4th floor. There is no lift, its not good if you have a big lugage. Very central location, with helpful staff and breakfast in bed. I was provided with a free map and reading material on Naples was also readily available. In addition to this it was very quiet. Despite the trek up the many flights of stairs, and the original difficulty we had finding the place (due to my inept map reading skills), this place is in a prime location for most things. Its a ten minute walk from two metro stations and a short walk to the main central station. The rooms were clean as were the showers. Difficult to find and 5 flights up of this old building, if you have really heavy luggage, good luck. Inside the hostel is nice, the manager brings you breakfast in the morning straight to your room.
