Overall: good experience, helpful staff, clean. BUT we had some trouble paying because there wasn't enough change and there wasn't receipt paper for the credit card machine. The bunkbeds were very poorly made (they might've been intended for children) because they hardly bore the weight of full sized adults. Sleeping on the bottom bunk was terrifying as I thought one of the wooden slats would snap above me. These were small hassles that just made it seem unorganized.

This hostel is lacking any sort of vibe however it is situated in a great location with clean facilities.

The location is great! Right down the hill from Alhambra. The guy who was working there was really nice and helpful, in general the staff all seem very down to earth. The place is cool, the rooms and the lockers (in the rooms) are really nice. The free breakfast in the morning is pretty good. I'd stay there again!

Perfect location in the center, nice and friendly staff. Although it's advertised as a newly built hostel, the facilities in the rooms and bathrooms are not well maintained and damaged. I was in a 6 bed room, there were no charging points next to each bed, we had to share, there were only 2 lockers for the whole room. The hostel was not open 24 hours and we almost missed an important appointment because we were not able to check out at 8 a.m. Kitchen is not usable - no running water there.

One of the cleanest hostels in Spain, very close to Alhambra. The owner (Juan) was very friendly and helpful . He helped us settle down before our check in time. The washrooms/toilets are Luxury, very clean and spacious. The rooms were clean, the sheets looked like brand new. I would definitely recommend staying at this hostel in Granada.
