just 5 minutes away from the main station (roma termini); bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, staff is very friendly... I strongly recommend!

The hostel was great upon my arrival I was greeted by Christina and she was a doll. I arrived very late from Salerno and she checked me in with no problem. You receive your own keys so no need to buzz in if you arrive late. The best part is that you meet other girls like yourself exploring the beautiful city of Rome. The kitchen is great in order to save some money and bring your own food. You could easily go grocery shopping to Termini to Conad.. I think. Great place to stay. Loved it! Thank u

Good location and nice environment. Nice rooms, with a table and good lockers, nice bed as well and air conditioner. Nice bathrooms, with one hairdryer. Really nice and friendly space, all the guests stay together on the common area. Enough electricity points on the room. The bad thing, though, was the breakfast. They just give you a cup of coffee or tea and a croissant (industrialized one), really small and not that good. You need to eat something in the morning because is not enough.

The location of hostella is very close to Termini station, bed is clean and the security is good! But breackfast is poor.

We enjoyed our stay. Would like to have been closer to the Vatican and to the Roman Forum, but we were closer to the Spanish steps.

The staff was so nice that when i got something lost in the hostel, she spend so much effort to help me out. I was so touched to find it back at the end. A pity was that there wasnt laundry service.

Too bad you only can get a tea bag in the morning. Breakfast is very basic (in plastic croissant, yogurt, coffee, tea). The bunk beds are very shaky. The wifi worked very well. The hotel was easy to find thanks to the directions.

This was the first of several hostels during my trip and it spoiled me! stayed in another hostel rome thinking to expand experiences and regretted it- Hostella made me feel welcome and safe and the free breakfast is the perfect way to meet other travelers! Location is close enough to the Termini to be convenient but far enough to feel safe at night. Plus a supermarket is a block away! I would definitely go back here if I return to rome!

The staff was very friendly and it was very clean. I also felt very safe. However I didn't sleep at all as the room felt way too hot overnight, smelt bad, and my bed kept shaking as I was on a bunk bed and it moved every time the other person flipped over. Also, being stuck by the train station is not the best location.

The staff at Hostella was very friendly and helpful. It's very clean, nice shared bathrooms, and solid free WiFi. It's also located very close to Termini (and on the less scary side!).

Wish they had a bigger locker for my stuff, sometimes the desk girls were real flip about doing their job (people trying to print things or trying to be buzzed into the building, etc) but overall a nice place. Right by Termini so that's great, but also all the big sites are very walkable from here.

We only stayed for one night when we arrived in Rome, it is a 3 min walk from the train station and very easy to find which is nice when coming to a new city. Room was a good size with decent beds, there is wifi in the room which is awesome. Bathroom was a little small and since it was a shared one we had to wait to use it most times. It is quite a walk to the center of Rome - about 30 min. But overall from what we gathered in our one nights stay is that its a great place to stay for the price.

I highly recommed Hostella! The staff was helpful and the location was central to everything going on in Rome. This was my first hostel experience and I would certainly consider staying there again.

Nice place that is very close to Termini, so all the major attractions are easily reachable by metro. Not a very social able place but it was very clean and bathrooms were nice and easy to share. Staff was helpful with information. Breakfast was pretty basic but good, overall good value for the money.

It's a little hard to find at first but I asked a local hotel and had no problem after that. Also there are lockers but no locks on them so make sure you bring your own. But overall great value for money. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.
