Quite a journey from Downtown, but 15 minutes from bus stop, so not so bad. The hostel is in a lovely setting in an impressive building. When you get to Philadelphia, DO NOT get a taxi, even if it's raining hard and people are trying to mug you, because the taxi ride is scarier than fighting a lion and more costly than being mugged, the bus will probably take less time, as the drivers don't seem to know where they are going anyway.

I stayed during the Philadelphia Marathon weekend. Other runners also stayed in this hostel. It was great experience to talk to them. Anyway, hostel is located little bit far from downtown, but there will be no problem if you drive to there. Overall, I satisfied with this hostel.

This hostel is far out of the city and difficult to get to if you don\'t have a car. The neighbourhood seems a bit suspect, and you wouldn\'t want to walk it alone at night. The actual hostel felt like you were staying in someone elses house and was a bit dated for my taste. However due to the large groups of people staying I had a fantastic night.

I had a lovely time at the hostel! It is a bit out of the way however. If you have a car it is a perfect as there are a number of train stations within a ten minute drive.

the business hours were very bad. You could't sleep long or go to party.

It's a very good hostel even if it's a little bit far from the center of the town..(15min on foot + 30 min by bus) There is everything that we can need (kitchen, laundry, TV..) I recommende it!

Lovely location, good rooms, clean bathroom. Only the daytime closing hours are somewhat annoying. But the location and price more than made up for it.
