I think the people at the reception desk should give more information and should bring more fun. :) I feel that they are too timid and rigid. In general, it's a great palce to stay in downtown Seattle! A quick access to SeaTac Airport of Seattle is also of primary consideration! I reached the airport in only slightly more than half an hour.. The rooms and the facilities are good and clean.. People are respectful.. Only my door handle needs to be repaired though (room 203).

Nice place with very friendly staff, clean and tidy facitilies. Location was good as far as being close to attractions but not really a nice part of the city. Would have bin good to know it was alcohol free before booking

Loved this hostel, wish I'd been staying here for the whole of my trip to Seattle. Ideal location off the light link train. Very friendly atmosphere and staff so helpful. As a loan female traveller I would recommend it to anyone else travelling alone. The only downside for me was having to pay to use the internet as I didn't have my own laptop, but can't complain.

This hostel was great. We went to a concert at the WaMu theater and it is only blocks away and there are bars nearby so no need for taxis. Basically, if you are in town for a show and just need a place to crash and shower, it is perfect. The room was basic and clean. It is a hostel, not a hotel. It reminded me of dorm life back in college. The area looks sketchy but it was totally fine and the building is secure. :o)

Don't be fooled by the area, at first I was worried but once inside it is nice. Also really close to public tunnel trains/buses.

A nice hostel in a good location, just south of the city centre and within walking distance of the famous Pike Place Market. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area, loads of information on various noticeboards in the hostel with lots of tips on what to do and see. No nightly events though, so chances to meet fellow travellers were limited to breakfast and those within your dorm.

Great place to stay! Located in the International/Chinatown District, not far from all the malls, embankment and museums. Easy to get there from the Sea-Tac Airport. Kind staff

There was a difference in price when I booked room and when I paid it, around 40 dollars. Special tax of around 15% ???, plus extra charge if you are not a member plus who knows what tax and charges ??. I found $100 per night for a double bed a little bit pricy for a hostel. It was the most expensive hostel I’ve been in. The neighborhood is a little bit shady but it is ok over the day, free downtown transportation is really close. A lot of homeless people in the parks and all over the place, but

A very nice place for determined people - no frills, but a true immersion in the life of Seattle, as well as plenty of new international friends from all around the globe. The location is excellent - one can get to the airport in 20 minutes, and to the downtown in 10 minutes by light rail. On the next block is a great Uwajimaya asian hypermarket, full of all kind of fresh vegetables/seafood/meat, so one can cook whatever he/she wants on a spacious kitchen that has all the utensils. Great place!

The helpfulness of the staff depended on which member of the team you were talking to. Some were pretty rude and didn't care and others were really helpful. The dorms and toilets/showers were really clean and the breakfast provided was excellent
