All of the staff at this hostel are incredible!!! Had so much fun here with all of them and they told us everything about arica which was really helpful! We even stayed an extra night! Breakfast was absolutely delicious and all included which was even better. Can't recommend this hostel enough! Was one of the cheapest in Arica too! Amazing value for money.

The owner is cool and greeted me with a free beer when I arrived. The hostel is pretty nice, good facilities, and fairly clean. The biggest downside is that it is quite far from the center and the bus station, at least 20-30 minutes walking. You can take a collectivo of course, but still you feel disconnected. There is a nice supermarket very close and lots of smaller shops in and around the hostel. Overall a good place to stay for people crossing the border to/from Peru.

Really wonderful staff and owner - they helped us out a lot. Good sociable vibe. Far out of town but easy to use the collective taxis once you know how. We also walked into town one day for exercise. The room was rough around the edges.

This place is not for everyone and that's all I will say about that. It did have fast Wi-Fi though. Overall, not many places to choose from in Arica. I would have like to see the other hostels cleanliness in comparison but I guess it's fine for a quick overnight passing through.
