To be honest, the hotel is OK. Probably paying 120 dollars for a single room with shared bathroom sounds like a bit too much. But location is one of the best, close to east village and Soho, and just for that I would pay it again. I had some problems generated for reasons external to hotel administration, and the manager did his best and compensate me properly. So, no complaints on that. Wi Fi was bad, they could improve that with little investment.Toiletts and showers were very clean.

Very good lokation, small restaurants and bars att the same street, easy to get to Times Square,Greenwich village,East village and Soho on foot,if you like walking! 5min from metro station. Clean! I would definately stay there again! NEGATIVE: very bad quality/speed of the wi-fi!

The hotel is vary basic: no chance to have a private bathroom and the furniture is very poor (some hooks on the wall or stools would have been useful), no kettle, no fridge. But the location is excellent and I guess that for that area of NY the price is fair (not cheap).

A great budget hotel. I was disappointed that there was no common area so that I could meet other travelers. AMAZING location - 25 min walk to times square, minutes from the subway. Kept very clean. Staff was helpful. Well worth it.

Good location, but poor wi-fi in my room. A bit pricey for the value, but not too bad considering it was holiday time ($125 per night, private bedroom for two with shared bathroom). Quiet hotel, which was not bad. Would stay there again, only paying less.

Great little hotel on east side. Really close to subway shared bathrooms were really clean all the time, hidden hotel tax was unexpected though. But all in all a great place to stay.

In NYC for a med school interview. If you are looking for just a cheap room to crash at, this is the place. Great location, clean bathrooms, and quiet.

Stayed here with a friend. We had a big room on the seventh floor and had a view on the empire state building. Wonderfull big beds and a washbasin in the room. We never had to wait for the bathrooms down the hallway and they were always clean. 24 hour security and a perfect location which was safe, very quiet and close to Union Square from which you can get anywhere by subway. Will be staying again!
