Very nice and helpfull staff. Specially thanks for Michele for all his help and kindness. The hostel has excellent location, room OK, breakfest OK, good Italian coffee, free Internet.... all what we wanted for a short holiday.

Staff!!literally some of the best set of guys ever met, we got on like peas in a pod!! Had a laugh all time, so kind and respectful, helped with every question me and girlfriend had!!I even got a good bye present from them!!so far stayed all throughout the world and the staff here were some of the best!! Thelocation was ok as well, could just jump on a tram or bus easy!!a few bars around as well after epic amounts of exploring each day! No issue from me and if return I def stay here again!!

The hotel itself had no problems, it was very nice. However, the same cannot be said for the staff. First, they refused to let one of my friends leave their stuff in the room, saying that he was not allowed to come anywhere near the room or even leave things inside. Worries about extra people cannot stretch this far. Second, after they told us that we could pay on checkout, I went down to find that the staff had already debited the first night stay from my card without permission

It was great location, great price, super friendly and helpful staff! Also, there was free wifi and breakfast a major plus, no hidden fees or charges for anything in the room and very clean, it was a great stay!

The place was nice and clean. staff was kind and helpful. The place is just 15 minutes walk from city center in a quite and safe area. It is just in the same square of a bus and tram stop and from the central station was really easy to get there just with one bus (n60). nice breakfast service. I would stop there again.

It is actually a hotel, not a hostel. It is centrally located and one of the cheapest places you can find in Milan. The facilities are good, good breakfast. Nothing to complain.

Very nice ppl/staff, but if you will be in Milano in a winter you must prepare for the blanket in the bed.

If you're an American, this hotel is the equivalent of an overpriced LaQuinta. Free WiFi is the biggest plus. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk or 10 minute tram ride from the city center. Staff do their jobs, speak good English, and are willing to help you. Bed is okay if a bit small, bathroom had a tiny bit of rust but it was no big deal. Window gives a view of a church and a minor street. Food is a bit hard to find nearby. Rooms are small, but it's Europe. Overall, a decent value for Milan.
