Very good place, bathrooms smells like humidity, rooms are very very clean, staff not very friendly, I left my card key inside, so I call the service after 10pm (10.30) very bad manners to help. overall is a good place, I will go again but don't expect good service hotel.

The location where the Hotel is placed it's so good, close the Subway station, with the line that pass on this station we can go to time square and central park easily. People are very friendly . Good hotel.

We (three friends) booked a room for 4(private) since there were no rooms for 3. When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a room for 2! But they still wanted to charge us with the same amount- room for 4! When we complained about this, and didn't want to pay that amount, they gave us an ensuite room (for two and a sofa) (our reservation was for shared bathroom). But if we hadn't complained and insisted, they wouldn' have done that. It was the most expensive but worst hotel we stayed in NYC.

We thought the rooms and bathrooms seemed unfinished, with one part of them updated. At the same time, they did the job we needed them to do. We were hardly in the room so they were great!

+great location Greenwich Village is such a cool area! loads of restaurants, bars, small stores. The nearest metro stop (W 14th, 8av) is like 30 meters from the hotel door. +good cleaning service (thanks!) -problems with paying We paid part of the rent with cash and other part with card. The employee at the reception made some mistake and reserved $300 twice from my friend's account. We didn't even get any sorry for this... of course they return the money but still it was very bad situation.

The location was great and toilets were clean. However, our room smelled like cigarettes our entire stay.

Nice place. Great location. It's not perfect - bit shabby in places, bed at an angle due to wonky floor - but on the whole it was great. Bit like a small apartment, as it had a fridge and sink with microwave, so you can be self sufficient. Instantly felt at home which was brilliant. Would recommend.

The room we booked was supposed to have a mirror and sink, as advised in the confirmation. It had neither. This was very disappointing.

I had booked the room with shared bathroom and want to change it when arriving at the hotel, but when we saw the apartments everything was really clean and the shared bathroom wasn’t bad at all.We stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. The staff helped us with our stay and the location was perfect, less than one block from the metro station. Considering New York, this is a good option for a simple, clean and “low price” stay.
