We loved this hotel for its character and location but neither of our rooms had much natural light. The breakfast didn't look very appetising and we found it cheaper to eat out. Whilst they have bar service they only sell bottles of wine not glasses, not that this caused me a problem! The facilities listed for this hotel state that there is a swimming pool, I can confirm that there is no pool. This was a pity because the fact that a pool was advertised drew me to choose this hotel. O

We had a "standard" double room as apparently all normal ones were rent out already. It had no windows, which was a bit disappointing. Also on Hostelworld there is a check mark for parking but they don't have any parking spaces at the hotel and sent us to a public parking deck which was a short walk away and cost some 20€ extra per night. Apart from that the hotel is a great place but probably not the best choice if you are traveling by car.

The Hotel Albanico is a real gem of a hotel. It is well situated within the city center. There are lots of tapas bars and coffee house in the immediate vicinity and is on a very lively street. But, once you are inside it is very quiet. The room I had was quite spacious and very clean. There is free coffee at all times, as well as wine and beer that can be purchased. I would recommend this hotel very hightly.
