This hotel is okay for the person needing to fly in and out of Mumbai is the airport is a short taxi drive away. That said, there is no reason to stay here as it is extremely out of the way to just about any place of interest. On any given day, you will sit in a taxi for about 2 hours just to go into the city. Expect to pay about 700 rupees for your trip each way. As for the value of the hotel, I believe better accommodations can be found closer to the city where there is much more happening.

My friend and I turned up at Mumbai airport after a long flight from China only to did that the hotel wasn't there to pick us up despite the free pick up. We called the hotel and were told someone would come and get us immediately. After waiting 30 minutes (at 5am after landing at 3am) we called back and told that no one was there as we didn't book a room. Impossible! But said they'd give us a room anyway as good will and will come get us. We'd had enough by then and went somewhere else!!
