Lady was too helpful, she kept our luggage for almost 10 hours and helped us alot. She had little bit English language problem otherwise she was very good to respond any query. Only major draw back was internet facility that was too expensive. Overall it was quite good to stay there.

It was ok for one night if not for the freezing cold.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Alway found welcoming stuff and comfortable bed. A new coffee machine is definitely a big plus.

At first, don't believe on the photos! If you choose the cheapests rooms you're going to get a room not very nice, in the back of the hotel. It smells very, badly. So, nothing, absolutely nothing was good about this place!!!

Good location, easy to find, comfortable, clean and economical. Staff are very friendly. Many good restaurants just at corner. Good services for one star hotel, but the breakfast is not free.

It isn't a real hostel, more an old hotel with to much beds in the rooms. There isn't any common area an it is nearly impossible to be in the dorm without waking anyone up. The staff speaks only a little bit of English. But on the other hand the location is ok reachable by public transport and relatively clean. But beware: no free wifi and no lockers in the room.

Too complicated the booking. I called to hotel, they told me different price... said that the dorm rooms are full, but booking online worked fine...

There was very cold in the hotel. We told about this problem to the receptionist but it didn't help. I slept in a sweater and under two blankets. I caught a flu. It's one of the most awful place I've ever been!

Excellent quality-price rapport. Super comfortable room for 1 star hotel. Free sheets and blankets, hot water 24 h. 5 minutes from Milan railway station. I will stay against next time I visit Milan.
