We were greeted by a man who did not explain about breakfast or checkout times - lady was unfriendly and unhelpful. Older man was very helpful & friendly. Room was not as advertised - Pictures on web did not correspond to the room we were given. The room was quite clean but there was dirt and dust in the wardrobe and underneath the bed. The bathroom was clean and we were given fresh towels everyday. Hostel attempted to charge for mini bar usage when we had not used it. Wifi v.slow. Overall OK.
