This place was very easy to find and literally took less than five minutes to walk from the station. The rooms and shower were clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the room was a tad warm and the windows didn't have screens ( I actually haven't seen any screened windows in my eight months in italy ) so a few mosquitos came in during the night time. I can only imagine how annoying it could get during the summer, maybe invest in some mosquito defense for this place.

lots of stairs, but the room was pleasant but old duvets. Good value for the money. Took 3 keys to get to our room, the front door locked but the "apartment door" was rarely locked by the other guests. We could lock our room door as well but it was frustrating not to have the "apartment door" lock.

Great location with reasonably priced supermarkets and restaurants perfect for budget travelers as Venice tends to be super overpriced. The hotel is very easy to find. Small but cosy rooms with nice owners. Not so sure if it's the safest place as anyone can just come in and grab a key from the reception, but Venice has low crime numbers so as long as you take the most important valuables with you - you're good. I recommend Brek self-service restaurant nearby to mingle with the locals for lunch.

I had a great stay in this hotel ! Very clean, helpful staff, good location, not to hard to find (which can be diffciult to achieve in Venice) ! Excellent quality over price ratio ! Highly recommanded !
