The hotel is beyond my expectation that is so clean and cosy when you get to stay in. The location is strategic to access public transport as well. I will recommend to friends in the future.

I really liked how the room was very Venice-y. Our train arrived late at night and we went immediately to our room. The next day after we checked out and went roaming around Venice, I realized that the hotel was very much in the style of the city. It came with an in-room bathroom, and the staff was very helpful/friendly.

Waited outside for an hour and a half to get inside. Called mobile and was told reception did not open until 8:30AM, even though we had requested an 8AM check-in. No 24 hour reception available here! If you're arriving early, plan on not checking in until after 12PM. Friendly and helpful when asked with help finding places.

Good spot right by the main train station and close to the bus to get to the airport only 20mins away!

The stuff was very helpful and friendly and the location is really nice, away from the tourists.

Just fair enough overall. I stayed there one night in 'Single Private Ensuite' for 50 Euro. I don't think there would be such cost for single-room stay in Venice(specially summer vacation periods). You could enjoy clean room, exceptional location, and nice staff. I could check in even though I arrived quite early there. You would be satisfied with anything in this hotel if you expect things as a typical budget hotel.
