- Coffee, toasts, juice, etc... in the mornings was great! - Great staff

We really liked the view from our room and also the decoration of our room, as well as the location, very close to the station! We just didn't like the fact that there was only one shower for the entire floor. But the staff was very helpful!

There was no free internet, but the location was so great for the price we paid. Clean and not too loud considering it's location.

We stayed in Hotel Airone in February 2012. We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is conveniently located, being only 2 Minutes walking distance from the Vaporetto Station Ferrovia (or Piazza le Roma). The staff were very helpful and the room was nicely decorated and warm. The only negative points were that we were charged 2€ tourist charge extra per night per person and that the bathroom could have been cleaner. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would go there again.

We were very happy with the cleanliness and location of this hostel. But, there is no front desk (have to go 30 steps down the street)and the cleaning lady who serves the simple breakfast is not a pleasant lady. The other hotel front desk was very helpful and friendly, but the internet (at the other hotel only) was too expensive. They also need to change some of the springs under the beds. Overall it was a very clean and well located place if you can deal with the other things.

Only great thing is the location and cheap price. The hotel is RIGHT on the Grand Canal, so it\'s really an ideal location. its about a 2 minute walk from main train station (S. Lucia). But the location/price is only great thing about it. It has the BARE necessities- you have to pay for internet (which didn\'t reach in the room) and breakfast (receptionist actually told me NOT to get it!), TV didn\'t work either.
