We had to hold our shower head in our hands, as it was broken off. Finally we had to tape it to the wall in order to tape it. When the shampoo dispenser broke off as well, we were handed a gallon of hand soap as "replacement". The walls were thin as paper, which means we could hear and understand every conversation going on in the lobby. The art frames had broken glass in it. The window didn't shut properly, resulting in an ice cold room. The curtains seemed as if they were never washed.

They cancelled my booking without any reason. I went there to ask what happen and I talked to the manager by phone. He was really rude. He did not solve the problem, even the recepcionist was an ignorant about her job because she only knew to say, " I do not know anything". We were walking one hour and a half around Amsterdam to find a hotel, where we had to spend too much money in comparison with our booking. It was a horrible experience which ruined my holidays!
