We stayed in a 4 bed room which was just what was needed. We got more than we expected. WiFi access definitely a plus! Was a bit apprehensive about having shared bathrooms but they were always clean and I don't think they were ever occupied when I wanted to use them. Staff were friendly/helpful and the location was great - close to the bus/train stations as well as all the bars, restaurants and shops. Alambarda was great value for the price!

only stayed for a night on my way to Croatia. Was ok but nothing amazing. Very convenient for the train/bus station but would not be very good for a romantic holiday. Very comfy room though. The breakfast is ok but again, nothing great or home made.

Very pleasant and nice hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast with a nice selection of sweet cakes, rolls, cheese, meat and unlimited cappuccinos. Free internet. The only problem I could see was that it was extremely hot and stuffy in the rooms in the summer.

Breakfast included was a nice touch. Room was little hot but so is Italy in August. Close to bus station and a short walk to the waterfront & restaurants.

I did not like that upon my arrival there was no towel + soap and I have to ask twice to get it. Upon my arrival a young man was not at all serviceminded. The other girls working in the reception was great. A man who servered brekfast was servicemindedand empathic. I,ve got excellent help fwhen I have fall down and get pain in my leg. He was in a minute to assist me and provide a medicine. I think his name was Enzo!!! Pls inform that the hostel is situated in a veryvery noise street.

This is a 2star basic hotel you get what you pay for not much!! The staff were very unpleasant and extremely unhelpful. The room were very hot and had a fan that looked like it would fall out of the ceiling!! The location was good with a 5min walk to bus, train station and restaurants! There were cockroaches in the toilet too!! Probably would not stay here again however choices were very limited!

Bit of noise from the road early in the morning, but many of the rooms are away from this. Staff were very helpful, generally very nice place!
