This place is not a hostel but a cheap hotel. If you want to meet other people travelling around, this is definitely the wrong place. There is no common room, kitchen or anything else. But the place is really clean and the stuff is very nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The absolutely worst place we have ever stayed in, felt very unsecure with bad lockers, bad doors and no staff there at night. The high prices, curfew times and no personal key is some other bad things too. After the curfew you\'re practically locked out, or locked in. The staff didn\'t even understand that this was a problem, in case of fire emergency for example.

Very clean and secure. The staff was very helpful as well telling me how to get to the Bergamo airport at 3 in the morning. (Definitely not by a taxi) Great choice of stay in Milano!

Explanation for location was bad, so we spent much time finding the location, and I've wanted to cancel for one night, so I called and asked a staff very politely. However, suddenly, the staff shouted at me and hung up the phone call. She responded the calling in a very annyoing condition. And her English speaking was suck. There are two staffs at reception, one of them is Italian and she was rude, but the other one who is chinese was nice, but not so much kindly. Room was also chilly. Not good

Based on the reviews at the hostel world website, it was what I expected. A short journey on the tube/train to get where you want to go and just a room (no breakfast, common room). If you want to meet fellow travellers, this is not the place. If you just need a bed to sleep then this is perfect. The room could do with a bit of decoration!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. If there were free WiFi,(That was 5euro/day or 9euro/2days) it can be better.

A nice hotel that has everything you need (but not much more) when you are just staying for the night. Excellent value for money; quite cheap and nothing to complain about. Location is a bit outside the city center, but it is really easy and cheap to get there and back with the subway. The reception is closed between 1 and 6 am which means you can't get in to the hotel during this time (good to notice if you're planning to go partying). The rooms had their own showers, the toilets were shared.

This hostel is terrible, the worst I have ever stayed. I've stayed just 1 night there, but was enough for me. There are just 2 toilets and you have to take a bath inside you shared room. The shower is in a small space in the corner of the room with no private blankets! The staff does not speak understandable English and the mother and father of the family(this is a Chinese family business) are rude. The rooms have just one key, and that means it's not a safe hostel. There isn't a luggage room.

I really missed lockers in the room. the hostel is very small and you can only get to your room by asking at the reception (unti 1.30) There is a shower in the room (without privacy cover) and a separate one outside the room. location ... you better buy a card for the public transportation Fazit: you get a bed (they make the bed every day for you so it's rather clean) and a shower but nothing more (not even a free map of milano)

everything is pretty fine (near to lambrate railway station and metro, lots of nice food around, nice stuff)except for the wifi.. you need to pay 5euros per day for wifi access. I've never come across with such situation in any other hostels and I don't know why and how. the stuff offered me an explanation of the high tax but I just can't be convinced. anyway, still recommend for a short stay here!

the staff is very kind and helpful.they always greet guests with a smile.I'd like to stay there again.オーナーの方はとても親日家で、温かく迎えてくださいます。大通りに面して、分かりやすい場所ですし、地下鉄の駅も徒歩圏内です。

I never knew the hostel is run by a chinese owner before i booked the hostel, but the owner was friendly and helpful to me eventhough i stayed just one day in milan. The owner purposely make some arrangements because she did not want someone to disturb me, so I basically stayed in a 5 beds room alone. Which was awesome. Hostel is clean, but no breakfast provided, and you gotta pay for the WIFI service.

Great location, bus stop right in front of the hotel, metro station is about 4 blocks away, lots of restaurants and services nearby. LOVED the staff!!! They were really great, super super nice, always concerned to ensure a good stay, and helped in every way they could....though the hotel is not as clean as you'd wish, room a bit chilly. Felt more like a really cheap hostel, would recommend it for transit on low budget and only to get there straight to sleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had difficulty speaking English but they still did their best to help and it was greatly appreciated. I always felt comfortable in my room and never felt unsafe about my stuff being stolen, The bus stop being right outside was perfect for location. The only wierd thing was that the shower was in the bedroom but they had another shower in a private bathroom so it wasn't a problem at all.
