It's definitely more of a hotel than hostel, much quieter than expected, and a little hard to find, it's definitely nice to return to after a long day.

The rooms were very hot and unbearable to get to sleep in, it was about a half hour journey to get into the nice part of Milan the hotel is situated in a very dodgy area with lots of prostitutes outside, not any atmosphere and we found a cockroach under our bed

i booked a single room, the room is clean but small. The bed is ok , also can take shower in the room, reasonable price in Milan. If you want to find a clean place to sleep , this hotel is a good choice.

It was a very good place to stay in. Staff was very welcoming and they attended every inquiry. It was clean and good for money.

In a dodgy part of town , staff were pretty useless , no security whatsoever , the staff all went home about half 10 and didn't know what time they were coming back in the morning , broken fan in room and not that clean

The security for the hostel was not that great, there was no safe or place to leave our luggage when we got there early other than the place near the check in lady. The location was awful, it wasn't in a safe area, when walking home one night we passed 4 prostitutes, and its a 10-15 min walk to the nearest metro to the city. There was no hostel atmosphere or way to meet other guests. Also it was EXTREMELY HOT in Milan in the summer and the provided us with one fan that didn't work well.

it gets really hot during the summer... so be prepared to sweat!!! other than that, its fine..

Staff were helpful and friendly, location was very convenient, the room was clean! The negative is side is there is no AC - and in a city like Milan this is pretty much mandatory - while we were there the temperature went up to 38C! Also, it is not quite a hotel - it is only one floor with several rooms and common bathrooms - pretty much the definition of a hostel.

It was eerily empty, but he staff was kind. The location was not the safest and there was no trash can in he kitchen. Also no stove.

Directions to the hostel were very misleading. It is not near a metro stop, nor central Milan. When we arrived, we were taken to an address that was not even listed online. The bed sheets and bathrooms were very dirty. While the staff was nice, they were very unhelpful with giving directions. I would recommend no one stay here. It is too expensive for very minimal amenities.

Thank you for your review. Our hostel is walking 6 minutes to metro, and you can take the metro 5 stops to Duomo. The bed sheets are all clean, we never give the dirty one to our clients. About the price, our price is cheap in Milan. We will do our best to improve, thanks!

It's a reasonable walk from stations yet not particularly close to anything I found interesting. There is hardly any space for socializing. This hostel is meant as a place to sleep and shower, and it does that well. The rest of the hostel experience, less so.

More of a hotel than a hostel. 0 atmosphere and the staff weren't friendly at all. Clean but nothing worked. Eg washing machine and vending machine.

It was good, the only bad thing was the transparent toilet in the room. As we were 3 friends staying in the room, it was not so confortable showering in there. We had to off the light and use the nighty lamp so one could bath.

Secretary very helpful but the hotel is terrible. Inside is colder than outside. Air conditioning doesn't worked. I needed to wear coat to sleep.
